53 DMV Locations in California to open up at 7 a.m. for 4 days a week.

The DMV issued a press release on June 27, 2019 regarding expanded hours for DMV field offices across the state. Beginning Monday, July 1, the DMV will open 53 more field offices at 7:00am. This brings the total number of offices to 69 that open at this time. On Wednesdays, offices will continue to open their doors at 9 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. daily.

Specific to San Diego County, the following offices will open at 7:00 a.m. for four days a week:

San Diego (Normal Street)
San Diego Clairemont
Chula Vista *
Poway
El Cajon
San Ysidro
Oceanside
San Marcos

* Chula Vista has been offering extended hours since last summer.
