Mercury Insurance Reaffirms McKenna’s Gold Level Status

These days, not many insurance companies take the time to reach out to their agents and give them a pat on the back. Well, we were pleasantly surprised when we received this letter dated April 21, 2014. The letter is from the top gun at Mercury Insurance Group — Gabe Tirador, President & CEO. The letter is in recognition of McKenna Insurance Services again qualifying for Mercury’s highest level (Gold) of the Service Excellence program.
