As a young lad, I played soccer every year from the time I was in kindergarten to about 6th grade (when finally, I was able to switch over to flag football at the grade school I attended). Seems like certificates for participating are more the fashion these days, but back in the ’80s, after the season ended there was an awards ceremony — and at those ceremonies they handed out trophies! Now, for some particular reason, my father really liked it when anyone in the family (including himself) got a trophy — kind of a “bring honor to the family” type deal. With 11..
Imagine briefly that your home was struck by an unfortunate disaster like a fire or burglary. Soon after, when you are safe from immediate danger, and the authorities have the situation under control, you’d pick up your phone and contact your insurance company to file a claim. I hit the turbo boost and moved from 67th to 66th position – Yes! I dedicated this race to breast..
